Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview
Every item at Caldos y Gatos is handcrafted with care. Because of the personal, made‑to‑order nature of many of our products, we offer a simple and transparent refund and return policy to ensure fairness for both you and your customers.
2. All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade and spiritual nature of our rosaries, blessing cards, and custom items, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sandy@caldosygatos.com with:
If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
4. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.
If a package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
We will assist when possible, but we cannot issue refunds for carrier delays or lost packages.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if work has not yet begun.
After that window, cancellations are not guaranteed due to the handmade nature of our items.
6. Custom Orders
Custom rosaries, blessing cards, and personalized items are non‑refundable and non‑returnable.
If there is an error on our part, we will work with you to make it right.
